Need to cancel a webinar registration? We allow cancellations in the following circumstances:

• 24 Hours In Advance - At least one day prior to your webinar, simply email us and we will gladly refund your credit card charge. Be sure to indicate the email address by which you registered so we can find you in our system.

• One-time Cancellation - At least one day after your first webinar, you can cancel your webinar due to dissatisfaction. However, this is a one-time event, and after making one such cancellation you cannot do so for any subsequent registrations. At that point, we will refund your credit card.
