About Jim Martens:
Mentor Graphics Jim Martens is Product Marketing Manager of the Mentor Graphics PADS® products which include PADS Layout (formerly PowerPCB), PADS Logic, PADS Autorouter, DxDesigner®, and HyperLynx®. He has over 20 years of EDA industry experience in design, applications engineering, sales, and marketing. He has a BS in marketing from Alfred University.

About John Isaac:
Mentor Graphics John Isaac is Director of Market Development, Systems Design Division at Mentor Graphics. He has worked in the EDA industry with printed circuit board (PCB) and integrated circuit (IC) technology for over thirty years. His career started with IBM where he managed the development of EDA systems for IBM's internal design of their high-end ICs and PCBs. He then joined Mentor Graphics where he was responsible for design kit development with application specific IC (ASIC) vendors. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, John received a B.S. in electrical engineering.
