OpenCoSy is a compiler community initiative.
It aims to enable and encourage users of the CoSy compiler development system to exchange experiences, to share compiler technology components and to co-develop advanced compilers.
The OpenCoSy has been setup for a variety of reasons.
Academic users who use CoSy for advanced compiler research have expressed a need to be able to share research results and experiences.
