Founded in 1997, the Institute of Nanotechnology (IoN) was one of the world's first nanotechnology information providers, and is now a world leader.
The IoN leads the European network of networks, Nanoforum (www.nanoforum.org) as well as working closely with governments, universities, researchers and companies worldwide on micro and nanotechnology.
