The SCOPE Alliance Virtualization Working Group aims to provide a set of hardware and software requirements that describe functional and non-functional aspects of virtualization features required by the NEPs.
The initial focus of the Virtualization Working Group is on the core networking problem area, with emphasis on the control and data planes.
The Virtualization Working Group might consider other telecommunications areas in the future....
