Fast-UXGA Frame Grabber Series
The Fast-UXGA frame grabber series is for users who anticipate a demand for extreme I/O requirements or higher bandwidth, complex image processing and real-time fast storage in a cost effective platform.
The base Fast-UXGA, is a raw-length PCI board with two (four-mixed) UXGA analog conversion channels using Analog Device's AD9888.
The front end data is formatted and preprocessed by a FPGA before being sent to the memory subsection, processor, GigE interfaces or other outputs.
Finally, the Fast-UXGA interfaces to the host computer through a PCI-X or 4x PCIe interface for state-of-the-art data acquisition.
Options include the addition of multiple (8) Serial ATA (SATA) 150 MB/sec interfaces for continuous high-speed data storage without the usual OS or host bus transfer delays.

Fast-X-PCIe PCI Express Boards
The base Fast-X, is a one-half raw-length PCI board with four GigE ports and/or three basic 85 MHz Camera Link Channels and more which provide input for the newest cameras as well as a header for adaptation of other high speed interfaces.

Implementing Automatic Controls Using Data Acquisition Processor Boards
Though Data Acquisition Processor (DAP) boards are primarily data acquisition devices, the onboard processing power that makes rapid service to data conversion and buffering devices possible can also be applied for rapid service to external control processes.
There are certain limitations, but for systems that can stay within these limitations, Data Acquisition Processors provide a reliable platform for the implementation of control...

Introduction to Data Acquisition Systems and LabVIEW
The combination of a DAQ board and LabVIEW software makes a virtual instrument or a vi. A vi can perform like an instrument and is programmable by the software with the advantage of flexibility of logging the data that is being measured.
