Digital Filter Design & Simulation Digital Filter Design & Simulation : Free DISPRO Software
DISPRO is a professional-level software package for designing digital filters, and for evaluating the performance of the digital filter when it is implemented with the actual arithmetic characteristics of the target DSP processor. DISPRO was the first commercially available digital filter design package for the IBM PC, having been introduced in 1983. It was marketed around the world by Signix Corporation, and is now being offered as...

Digital Filter Design Software 'Fiwiz'
Innovative filter design program called FIWIZ which is able to design digital filters which only very expensive filter design programs can design if at all. Examples are: arbitrary constraints in magnitude and group delay, minimum phase design, incorporation of coefficient quantization directly in the design

Digital Filter Package (DFP)
DFP is a user friendly GUI front-end to digital filter design with MATLAB. It extends MATLAB's functionality in filter design by quantizing filter coefficients and producing assembler code (currently, version 1.0 only supports assembler for Motorola's DSP56k family). The site contains downloadable files.

FIR Designer
The FIRDesigner program enables you to quickly and easily design Finite Impulse Response digital filters. Based upon the Parks-McClellan-Remez algorithm, it makes the design of equi-ripple filters as easy as clicking a few buttons. Not only can you design simple low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and band-stop filters, but also multi-band filters and differentiators (based upon our unique ramp band specification type). Designs may be based...

FIR Digital Filter Demo applet
This JAVA applet demonstrates the effect of applying an FIR digital filter to a sampled signal. The demo allows you to choose one of five input waveforms, its frequency, DC level, any random noise, and which FIR filter to apply (low-pass, band-pass, or high-pass). The source code is also available.
