8051 Search Tips on Google
The most basic Google search for 8051 is just to use the generic search term.

As of 26 February 2009, Google indicated 591,000 results for this search.
Fortunately, "8051" is an unambiguous word so it's a good starting point.
You might want to do some refining as in phrases like "8051 compiler" or "8051 microcontroller" or "8051 tutorial." Not to mention that you can use some of the 8051 part names from the chip vendors themselves -
